Wim Tobé, President
Born in 1943 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Roman Catholic.
After graduating secondary education, he studied theology at the University of Tilburg, in The Netherlands (specialisation in liturgy).
In 1971, he was appointed to be a pastoral worker in Etten-Leur, near the city of Breda.
He was ordained as a permanent deacon in 1979, and has been working first in the region south-east of Breda, then in the cathedral of the diocese of Breda. Now, he is working and living in Hulst.

Ingrid Regout, Secretary and webmaster
Born in 1947 in Maastricht, the Netherlands. Roman Catholic.
After graduating secondary education, she travelled two years through Europe. She lived four years in Amsterdam, studying a secretary course, and working. Before her final return to Maastricht, she lived five years in France, where she studied English language and literature.
Since 1986, she is working at Maastricht University, in The Netherlands, where she is now the Admissions Officer for the master's programmes of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.

Ans Klunder, Treasurer
Born in 1949 in Deventer, the Netherlands. Roman Catholic.
After graduating secondary education, she was trained as a professional secretary.
For the last three years she has been working as the parishonal coordinator in the parishes Aerdenhout-Haarlem Southwest, and Zandvoort, in The Netherlands.
Furthermore, she is in close contact with the dean of Haarlem with regard to the well-being of the priests, deacons and pastoral workers.

Nelleke Wijngaards Serrarens, Member - spouse of a deacon; member of the Board of the IDC.

Rob Mascini, initiator of the Roosendaal Group - ex-member
Born in 1947 in Haarlem, the Netherlands. Roman Catholic.
After graduating secondary education, he studied theology at the Catholic University of Amsterdam, from 1966 till 1972.
He was ordained as a permanent deacon in 1980. Many years, he has been theologist in hospital, giving ethical and pastoral counseling.
Since 2004, he is working in the diocese of Haarlem-Amsterdam, as a pastoral worker as well as a deacon.
He became a member of the IDC (International Diaconate Centre) in 1979, a board member in 1984 promoting ecumene, and until March 2009 he was President of the IDC.

Peter Geene, ex-member
Born in 1952, in the Netherlands. Protestant.
After studying theology at Utrecht University he started working as a drugs pastor and counselor for 20 years in Amsterdam and several other cities in the Netherlands. Ordained as a permanent deacon in 1977 within the Dutch Association of Deaconal Workers (VDW), he became the chairman from 1991-2006.
He is a member of the board of the World-Federation DIAKONIA since 1996.
At present, he is working within the Protestant Church of the Netherlands as an advisor for the programme Church-in-Action / mission overseas, since 2005. Because of his ecumenical interests he also became a member of the IDC, and cooperated in starting the new initiative of the Roosendaal Group.
